In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect information or allow children under the age of 13 to use our services. If you know of a user who is under the age of 13, please contact us.

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, please visit the password reset page. Enter your account's email address and you will be sent a one time code to reset your password. Please be aware that password reset codes expire after 24 hours.

You have the right to control your data. If you would like to delete your account and remove any associated data, please email us. Once we process your account deletion, you will lose all progress and data associated with your account. Please note that this process may take up to a week for our databases to be updated. In addition, you may need to manually unsubscribe from any email lists or newsletters.

Making a purchase

No, we offer free products for users who do not want to pay to unlock content or upgrade their account membership to Premium.

Free users have access to our Budgeting topic completely free and can access the Personal Finance Dictionary. Free users will have ads throughout the website.

To learn more about the features included with Premium or about unlocking content, please log in and then visit the upgrade page.

All purchases are lifetime. This includes unlocking a specific topic or a Premium membership. As long as the terms of service are not violated and your account remains in good standing and active, you will always retain access to purchased content.

Please note that a Premium membership cannot be prorated for any individual topics you have unlocked (no discounts).

Payments are processed through Stripe, an industry leading payment processing partner. All data is safely handled by Stripe with bank grade encryption. We will never see or store your payment information.

We want to make sure you are happy with the quality of our content. If you would like a refund, please submit a request by emailing us within 48 hours of your purchase. Please note that we have a short refund window to help prevent fraud and abuse.

As with all of our policies, we reserve the right to a final decision on issuing refunds.

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with our content so we can make things right and potentially issue a refund. If you issue a chargeback with your credit card or bank, we will permanently disable your account. Chargebacks are extremely damaging to small businesses and increase the cost of operating. We want your feedback and we want to make sure you are happy!
